 So what's coaching? 

 

Through a collaborative coaching relationship, we will spend time together talking about your life in an intentional way. I'll be there with you along the way to reflect who you are at your best, to hold you accountable and to provide a space to express and explore what you haven't before. I will use tools tailored to provide clarity and a sense of direction. I will walk you through exercises that change your mindset and allow you to create your life differently than you would have otherwise. I will provide resources and practices to take on in between sessions that will move you closer to the version of you that you'd like to experience. Using ontological coaching methods, positive psychology and a willingness to challenge client's egos and old patterns, I'll provide a moving life experience. 

 

 

What coaching is NOT

 

Coaching is not about fixing people. I view my clients as complete and functional. As much as you'll want me to give you the answers, this whole process is designed to have you trust yourself! This is about you taking ownership of your own life in an empowered way.
